3 Things Every Man Has To Stop Doing To Improve Their Lives

It is easy to fall into the pattern of following poor habits. But, the accumulation of these bad habits over time causes some unhealthy behaviors and views of the self. These are three things every man has to stop doing in order to take control of their lives.
1. Stop Spending A Large Majority of Time Playing Video Games
Video games are very fun, there’s no doubt about it. Enjoy them from time to time, but if you spend the majority of your day playing them – that is a habit that must change in order to begin reaching your goals.
In many video games, you start out as a character with no status and do challenges and quests to increase your levels to eventually become a character that has high status. The problem with this is that we begin to do this with so many different video games, that we get addicted to only level-grinding for our virtual characters.
This is harmful, because we become so enthralled in this that we forget to increase the levels of our own characters in real life. We begin to lack the time to level up our skills – by exercising, reading, and learning new things.

2. Stop Watching P*rn
There is a large movement by young men, for young men to cease the need for watching p*rn. Spending time watching these adult videos will re-wire your brain without you realizing.
This is dangerous because you will start to view women differently. You will not only view them as an object, but as something that gets used by men as how you see it on those videos.
This is a horrible way to view the world, as you will begin to lose the ability to make a meaningful connection with other women.
3. Stop Eating Junk Food
What you eat is your body’s fuel. If you fill it with junk, you will feel and look like junk. There is way too much scientific evidence to prove this.
It is easy to find cheap, healthy meals to make. Nowadays in society, there are a lot of services that will even make these foods for you in meal-sized containers and deliver them to your door if you are too busy to shop and cook.
Good nutrients are important for maintaining good mental and physical health.
