Create or Be Created - Living in the Modern World

The modern world is changing rapidly, and we have entered what is called: The Create or Be Created World.
What Does This Mean?
This is a concept I have picked up from Dan Koe. In simple terms, the main character creates. While the NPC is created.
If you don’t know what I mean by that, let me explain: An NPC stands for a Non Playable Character.
For example when you’re playing Grand Theft Auto, the people walking around on the streets are NPCs, they walk around, talk to strangers, take selfies on the street, unaware of the bigger picture. The character you control is the main character, he is the one who has full control and can achieve anything he sets his mind to.
The main character creates, this can be seen in many occupations today. While the NPC in our modern world is created by an industry he works for.
You either create something to give to the world. Or you are given something to do that is already created.
The Modern World
This is the first generation, maybe even the first decade that has been a create or be created world.
People are making a living off of posting themselves working out, by doing pranks in grocery stores, while other people still have to make a living as a cashier or a pizza delivery driver.
Now you see the difference? Create or be created. Almost anything you create can become a source of income if:
- it applies to a certain audience
- It provides either a:
- Service
- Knowledge
- Entertainment
For an example, let’s use YouTuber, Hamza. His audience is younger males, and he provides them with knowledge on self-improvement. This in itself makes money with ad sense, but he also expanded to providing services such as a workout course, and his new launch of Adonis academy.
And all he did was document his learnings when he was improving himself and shared it to the world on a consistent basis to a specific audience. And now this is his career. What a genius.
So realize that for the first time in human history you have the possibility of making a living from doing literally whatever you want. Just think.
Create, or be created.
